| great chapter, so maybe one of the stars or part of it, fell near them. loved how Pippen wanted to kiss Aragorn's finger to make it feel better. nothing like a star shower, have not seen one of them in ages. | |

| Another lovely chapter! Toddler Pippin is just *too* adorable. I loved how he applied the 'kiss it and make it better' theory to Aragorn, of all people! And the meteor was very interesting - that was probably the last theing I expected! Each chapter just flows so well from one to the other - just terrific :) | |

| He smiled and touched the boy’s shoulder in reassurance, and Bilbo thought he saw the Ranger wince. I read this and thought, oh, she's going to do some of her inimitable h/c stuff . . . well, it was darling-ly done with the cold water and Pippin's little kiss, but just not life-threatening, huh? We will have to take what we can get from the famous shirebound!
