This was lovely--all the Fellowship, plus Faramir, reading and enjoying one another's company in friendship. Just exactly the kind of thing I love! I'm so glad to find it finished!

I love the way you describe everyone reading and enjoyig each other's company in this chapter. The conversation between Gandlaf and Faramir was wonderful. I also enjoyed the idea of Frodo carving something rather interesting into that table. A great chapter! I have enjoyed this very much!

Good for Faramir to finally get out! Ooh! I wish I could see everyone so happy and comfortable in one anothers presence! I love the way Faramir helped Legolas and Gimli choose a book and the little conversation between Faramir and Gandalf, very special! Pippin being so excited was great! Thank you for such a quick chapter! Looking forward to more, thank you!

What an enchanting chapter! I could see every detail of that room. Oh, and what a marvelous "Quest" for Frodo! I can well imagine children of future kings and stewards gazing in awe at the Ringbearer's carving. “The pages are blank, Mithrandir.” “Nay, my son, they are full of the great deeds and rich history that the 27th Steward of Gondor will bring about at the side of his beloved friend and brother, the King.” Wonderful.
