After Weathertop and Frodo is in the care of Arwen and Lord Elrond back in Imladris. Frodo remembers "seeing" an Elf Maiden before being chased by the Ringwraiths (Peter Jackson's version)feelings of warmth and protection enveloped him. When he woke, he thought all a dream until he actually "meets" Arwen for the first time.
