All right, so I'm a day late and a dollar short--looking at the date the story was published. Well...perhaps Frodo is more "a dollar short", lol. You have a wonderful gift of taking any dull moment in Middle-earth and turning it into Hobbit/Tookish mischief. A beautiful blend of childlike curiosity and simple humor that all of us hobbity Big Folk can appreciate. :-) Thanks for sharing your tales. Pippinfan

This was very funny. I'm glad that Pippin was all right after being flung out of the window. I loved the last line-Pippin never did get that pipeweeed, did he? No more acrobatics, eh? Mr. butterbur probably began pulling out his hair that night. Thank you for an enjoyable read.

Oh, this was so funny. I loved this line-- "Oh stars, what would his father say when Frodo told him his son had been killed when he’d accidentally tossed himself out a window by bouncing on a bed?" I'm still rolling. Excellent.
