Larner · 11 June 2015 · Chapter 4: Could the day get any worse?

The concerns that Elrond and Aragorn both feel are definitely valid! Alas that they are unable to communicate fully with Glorfindel to ascertain his true concerns as well.

Author's reply

Glorfindel will open up soon, yet this will not placate Elrond, I fear. Thank you for a most appreciated review, Larner. Lai

Ellie · 10 June 2015 · Chapter 3: the sun is spreading no warmth

How sad and disturbing! I want to know more about this elleth and what Glorfindel may know of her that he is not saying. Thank you for writing and sharing this story!

Author's reply

thank YOU for reviewing, Ellie. Glorfindel will talk eventually, yet the story of the elleth will remain disturbing, I fear. Lai

obsidianj · 6 June 2015 · Chapter 3: the sun is spreading no warmth

An intriguing mystery. I can understand Glorfindel, but from the clues about her injuries, I agree with Elrond. She will never be whole again. But miracles happen. I just hope they can break the spell and it is not some kind of trap for the unwary. I don't trust Saruman.

Author's reply

and you are right to be wary of Saruman. We want to side with both elves but with an Istari involved......thanks for reviewing, obsidianj. Lai

Larner · 4 June 2015 · Chapter 3: the sun is spreading no warmth

We cannot argue with Elrond's instincts, but I, too, wish to know the history of this woman and to see her freed from the misery in which she now exists. And why did Saruman wall her up as he did?

Author's reply

to heed Elrond´s instincs would not be bad advice. Glorfindel is maybe blind, only seeing her misery. Thanks for a most appreciated Review. Lai

Larner · 4 June 2015 · Chapter 2: a dark place

So, there is apparently a reason why this elf woman should not be brought back among the living then, one that Elrond knows but not Glorfindel? I admit to siding with Glorfindel, myself.

Author's reply

I´m too but is Glorfindel really seeing reason? THanks for your Review, Larner. Lai

lmamc · 30 May 2015 · Chapter 2: a dark place

Very interesting, maybe Glorfindel sensed that the female elf was his other half. Elves are know to be able to sense these things at first sight. Update the next one soon.

Author's reply

ah, you are near the core, but not quite. Bear with me and you will see. Thanks for the review, Imamc. Lai

shirebound · 29 May 2015 · Chapter 2: a dark place

Goodness, I'm as confused as Aragorn. What a tragic and chilling discovery. Saruman truly was evil.

Author's reply

Confusion will turn to pure horror when the whole evil is revealed . Saruman is more than evil. Thank you for the review, Shirebound. Lai

Oh, excellent! Now, to see what the renegade Istar had hidden beneath the keep of Orthanc!

Author's reply

I´m glad you like the beginning of my new story, yet I fear it is nothing pleasant Glorfindel has discovered......thank you for a most appreciated review, Lai

The chapter was just getting good and you just had to end it like that. Upload the next one soon.
