Ha! It has been so long since I have had the delicious opportunity of reading and responding to a Grey Wonderer prologue! Wonderful! Wishing holiday cheer (and all that) to you and yours. Does this mean that you have unhidden your holiday tales once more? I must go and seek them out, if that is the case, for a good re-reading.

Hi, Lindelea! Thank you for reading the prologue. I consider that a welcome home kind of thing when you stop by. It's very encouraging to see a dear friend. Hope you and your family have a wonderful New Year. And yes, the holiday tales are unhidden at present. I try to remember to get them out of hiding every year in December. Last year I forgot but this year they did make it out. : )

You know I always read the prologues, lol. My, this all looks so flippin' tiny from from a Mac's point of view! I had used a PC before. You still have it, GW. :-) All this put a smile on my face. Guess my potty-mouth is catching up to me, because I think I saw a cuss word, but hell if I knew what it was.

Hey, new computer? Very nice! My nephew has a Mac and they look brilliant! I'm sure you will find a way to adjust the font. New tech is always a challenge but I know you are up to it. Well, look at you joining in on the prologue's naughty beginnings. lol I love it! Thanks so much for reading.

Oh this made me howl with laughter GW. Perfect and captures my feelings about the films so well. Good films in themselves but I imagine most Tolkien purists are cringing. Lovely to read with you again too!

Harrowcat! Hi! How are you? I'm so glad this made you laugh. Good to know that somewhere in all of that dialogue I caught your feelings on the films. I was trying to show all sides of it and thankful I think I managed that at least. It is wonderful to hear from you again. Thank you for reading and reviewing. It makes posting here feel like old times and I do miss those days. (hugs)

You rascal. This is delightful! And it's especially delightful to read fic from you again. *beams* Smug is a great name for that dragon, and the very idea of "collaborative efforts in literature by the elves and the dwarves" is wonderful. But of course the best parts are the "Grey Wonderer" signature lines, such as: "A watered down character from Rivertown! They live on the water,” Pippin said as Merry glared at him. “It’s amusing if you think about it. Everyone who lives there is probably watered down, wouldn’t you think?” “I don’t’ believe you want to know what I’m thinking just now,” Merry growled. Poor long-suffering Merry. I enjoyed this very much. :)

Thank you so much for this delightful review! I'm glad you liked the dragon's name. I had lots of fun coming up with all the names but that one just seemed like a natural choice. hehehe He was a bit smug, wasn't he? I enjoyed doing this and I hope the muse is back to stay for a while but you just never know. It's great to see what parts people enjoyed so I thank you for letting me know that the dialogue worked for you. Sometimes I'm afraid that I'm the only one it works for. lol My hobbits talk way too much in these little stories. Thank you again! See you on LJ! *waves*
