A fic featuring Beregond! I admit it I grinned like an idiot when I realized you had written a fic about one of my favorite characters. I've never seen or read a Beregond fic before this, but I found one today. A beautiful one too. I always loved Beregond's loyalty and love for Faramir, and it broke my heart to see him leave the Tower Guard at the end of ROTK, although I was comforted somewhat that Aragorn named him to be Faramir's personal Captain. You captured the bittersweet feelings I always imagined Beregond probably had about his fate in this lovely fic. I know I'm rambling now, but I adore this little piece. Thank-you so much for writing it.
