Mae govannen Ellynn! Thank you fro sharing your beautiful write of Halbarad's last journey. I have written a couple Halbarad tales, but never could rightly capture the last. You have done that, and I will refer to your story as the the best I've read on the subject.

What a lovely, touching tribute to Halbarad the steadfast! We think of the Dúnedain as a dour people, but Halbarad certainly loved his family, his land, and his people as fiercely as any "more dangerous and less wise" Wood-elf. Beautifully done! - Barbara

Maybe some of them are dour, but being dour doesn't mean that one doesn't love his family and homeland, does it? :) Thank you for your kind review, I am glad you like the story.
