Wonderful story Marethiel, I really enjoyed thranduil here. A very real portrait of a father's agony. Well done.

So glad you liked it, Eliza! It was fun, and a true challenge, to write in sequential order. It's funny how Thranduil found his way into this... he wasn't in my original plans, but somehow he barged his way in and I just didn't have the heart to throw him out. :-) ~Marethiel

it´s amazing what can be said with 500 words. What a heart-wrenching situation described for both sides - prisoners and rescuers. Love the story and your characters very much. Lai
