Nice tale. I found this little bit priceless... 'The King’s heart was in his mouth when his Queen returned and took her accustomed place in her sitting room. He decided to wait for her to notice the vase before confessing his mishap with her treasured heirloom.'

Heee! Gotta watch those spoons; they can be lethal weapons, especially in the destruction of vases. Very funny story. Poor Aragorn, having to examine all those vases and decide on one. A King's work is never done!

Many thanks for your much appreciated review. I can't imagine Aragorn enjoying choosing vases somehow. I'm pleased this mused you.

Ah, a wise mother! How wonderful that she'd thought to put the good one away! Heh! Poor Aragorn--all that work apparently for nothing....
