the mare was beautiful. you really captured her untamed freedom and youth and joy, and especially her delight in the world and the Child of Eru
poor Glorfindel. i truely hope that he meets her again

My apologies for this very late reply. I was out of town for a little while. Thank you for your wonderful review. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I look forward to writing the second (and probably final) chapter of this story, too!
Aw, yes, Glorfindel shall meet her again, as you might know from my story 'A Prank on Glorfindel' :)

Now you have me very curious where this story will lead. The beginning was promising; the curiosity of the mare and the slow approach, her following Glorfindel for so long was nicely described. Can't wait for Glorfindel to meet this mare again and to see how he convinced her at the end to bear him. As I have been riding for over 30 years now and I am the proud owner of an Iceland pony myself, I love horse stories :-)

Ach was, Du hast ein Iceland Pony? Das ist mal grosse Klasse! Ha! Mit 30 Jahre hast Du mehr reiterfahrung wie ich! Ich bin noch nicht mal 30 Jahre alt! (Übermorgen feiere ich mein 29.) ;)
