Ah, our blessed, blessed Samwise, to whom a plant has as much personality as a person or pet! Alas, this one didn't do well, but it was loved even as it withered, surrounded by his caring. Lovely, Golden.

Merry starrte Sam einige Momente ungläubig an und murmelte schließlich leise zu sich selber. „Und die Leute sagen wir Bockländer seien seltsam!“ LOL!!! Sam ist ein Gärtner wie er im Buche steht, und er baut eine Beziehung zu seinen Pflanzen auf, die andere nur für ihresgleichen entwickeln. Das englische Wort "passion" bezeichnet das wohl am besten! Auch wenn Merry am Ende etwas verwirrt ist, hat er doch instinktiv sofort das richtige getan und ist gekommen, um Sam beizustehen. Das gefällt mir! Neben Frodo ist Merry mein liebster Hobbit! Und jetzt noch eine ganz andere Frage: "10 minutes time" - Du hast diese Geschichte in 10 Minuten geschrieben? Wow!!! Ich versuche mich gerade auf eine Cambridge Prüfung vorzubereiten und stelle immer wieder fest, dass 10 Minuten unglaublich kurz sein können ;-) Schade nur, dass es bei dieser Prüfung nicht um Hobbits geht, sondern um Business English! Sonst wär's wahrscheinlich auch nicht so schwer!

*g* Danke für den Kommentar Andrea! Und ja die Geschichte ist eine 10 Minuten Geschichte, naja vielleicht 12 Minuten. War einfach ein Spaß, das erste nehmen, was einen in Kopf kommt und schreiben. Wünsche dir viel Erfolg bei deiner Prüfung!

Hallo Golden! Hinter dem Schatten lebt das Einst. Die Liebe, die Wärme, die Fürsorge - sie ist geblieben, ein zeitloses Lächeln, das niemals vergeht. Meiner Meinung nach kann es sich hier nur um Frodo handeln! Nicht nur Merry, sondern auch (und vielleicht sogar ganz besonders) Pippin hat Frodo über alles geliebt! Wie schwer muß es ihm gefallen sein, ihn in den Westen ziehen zu lassen! Aber eines weiß Pippin ganz genau: Hinter der dunklen und traurigen Fassade ist Frodo immer noch der alte. Und Heilung ist möglich - auch für Pippin! Wunderschön geschrieben! Vielen Dank :) Apropos "Heilung für Pippin", ich verfolge natürlich auch "The Blessing". Wann kann ich denn mit einem Update rechnen?

*L* Frodo oder Merry, das ist hier die Frage! ;) Als ich es geschrieben hatte ( was schon so 6 oder 7 Monate her ist) hatte ich mir vorgestellt es ist Pippin, einige Wochen nachdem er nach dem Rinhkrieg wieder zu Hause ist und am Ende kommt Merry hinzu. Allerdings könnte es auch Frodo sein. Passt auch gut. Und es könnte auch zu einer anderen Zeit spielen. Kann sich jeder selber sein Bild machen, wann und wer. So wies gefällt. :) Das nächste Kapitel von "The Blessing" kannst du heute Nacht erwarten. Wir haben es gerade heute fertig bekommen. Sobald Pearl vom Sport zurück ist und noch die letzten Rechtschreibfehler aufgespürt hat wird es gepostet.

That is also a nice idea. I had is being Pip and Merry, but Frodo fits in as well. Also I had it quite early after the Ring war back in the Shire, but shortly before Frodo goes to the West would work as well. It is written quite open, so you are very welcome to make your own picture whose eyes Pip is looking in and to what time he does. Thanks for reading! :)

Thank you for the review Dreamflower. Well when i wrote it I imagined it it is Pippin when he is back home in the Shire after the Ring War. However it would also fit in at a later time. Picture it like you like to picture it. :)
