Hmm, Aragorn seems to have gotten himself into a knotty problem. This should teach him to be carefull arround strange villages.
Author's reply
Hum, Strider and careful... Is that possible with the job description ?

Wonderful indeed!
Author's reply
In the meaning of Strider's equanimity?

Poor Boromir, he so loved his country and would die for it.
Author's reply
Unfortunately, he did not die the way he had preferred to go.

The sword is not only a more honest weapon, but the one he understands and has already mastered; while Isildur's Bane would master its bearer and all about him.
Author's reply
My idea exactly.

Parting can be such sweet sorrow....
And wonderful to see you posting again.
Author's reply
Thanks a lot, Larner! However, gratitude I have to pass to Michelle, who started this "prompt" challenge and lured me (somehow ;) ) into writing. As you can see, if it's only for 500 words it's not a story at all.

Who is this cloaked frame? OOH how I hate cliffhangers!
Author's reply
I know. Bad me. But 500 words grant nothing more than a page...

Oh My Gosh! Welcome Back!!
First of all...This is beautiful! Imagine..such a little word like "forest" can trigger such emotionally charged writing. (And in only 369 words!) Again, you've managed to "jump start" my heart.
I've missed your writing and I hope you stay for a while. I hope your endeavors worked out for you.
Author's reply
Hi RS, missed you, too!! And thanks for the compliment. If my ideas keep coming I might stay for these little "prompts".

You probably have no idea how excited we all are that you're writing in the fandom again! And this piece was just beautiful. Very tender and romantic and atmospheric and all those things we love. *Sigh* Superb as usual. Even short writings from you are better than nothing at all as these little vignettes prove.
Author's reply
*Blush*
Well *author clears throat* uhm... Love to read that you liked it. What else is there to say? Love to be around again, Viggomaniac, no doubt.
