Just catching up on some of my favourite authors and giving praise where it is due. Good for Gimli - I'm sure he'd be completely unimpressed by Feanor's rage. I have often wondered what that particularly prickly Elf thought when he found out about Galadriel's gift. Poor Namo - he's going to have earache and a migraine!

Catching up on fanfic reading--I think I reviewed this at HASA, but in case I didn't: I have always wanted to see Feanor's reaction to Gimli's gift. This was perfectly in character in my mind and says so much in so few words. The last line is perfect. Loved it!

*snerk* I love it. Feanor deserved that. And yeah, it wouldn't faze Gimli one whit, when he had the Lady's favor.

Ooh, how wonderful! No, stone has no need to fear the fire; and Feanor, were he to meet the Naugrim in question, would find he'd met his match, and MORE than his match for courtesy.
