Thank you so much, Pearl! I have to admit that Pip's letter home, especially the "any further correspondence" part, is my favorite part of the fic, so I'm so glad that you liked that part too! It's always such an ego-boost to get a positive review from an author (like you!) whose writing I admire. :-)

Very nice! I love the imagery of the eagles, and Pippin thinking the clouds are Gandalf's marvelous white beard. And the ending is perfect. Thank you for sharing this. :-)

Heehee, I think you might be the first to comment on Pip's thoughts about the clouds. That was one of my favorite parts while writing that section, so I'm glad someone else likes it too. Thanks for your kind review! :-)
