A truly chilling and excellent story. I'm almost sorry that it has ended. I'm sure you would be able to think of some more evil things for the poor guys to suffer through. ;)

Oh, how frightening--that poison so close to the symptoms of hydraphobia! I think the whole company must have felt just this way, so oppressed by the deep, cold, unyielding darkness of Moria, and you capture that very well. I was amazed to find myself feeling as if I was going through it right at their sides, and wishing so desperately for a release from such gloom that I would have done anything. Very clever battle strategy with the water! And I *love* the ending! :) God bless, Galadriel
