I love how you have Merry putting the pieces together, he's the most logical of the hobbits and good at piecing things together, something too often omitted in stories.

Hmm... wonder who killed the badie and who sent him. I especially enjoyed the debate on what to do with/to the intruder. Very well reasoned and presented.

Eep! Poor Frodo doesn't get a moment's peace sometimes! Lovely story- great plot and wonderful dialogue. You solved the mystery very well, there by giving us insight into the murderer's employer. Ooh, chills... Really enjoyed this. :-D A.J x Author Reply: Hi Alisa Joy. Thank you for the review. I thought it would be fun to set a murder-mystery in the LotRs universe. I appreciate your kind words, and you're letting me know how much you enjoyed the story.
