At Edoras, the night before King Théoden's funeral, Faramir asks the remaining members of the Fellowship to tell him the manner of his brother's passing. This is part of a series of loosely interconnected accounts of the long reign of King Elessar, seen mostly from the perspective of his Steward, Prince Faramir. Continuity: This is based on the books rather than on the film version of the LoTR trilogy.
