That is *such* a sweet scene! wow, i'm glad that Shirebound pointed this one out. I love all your description and it's *such* a sweet time fro the cousins in the scene from pre-Quest. =)

Aww, so cute! I want a baby Pippin :P I really love stories where a childhood experience is linked to one during the War of the Ring. This was certainly no exception. Great work :)

What a wonderful way to carry the taste through from infancy to adulthood. And the comfort of it. Of knowing that Pip was not alone and that people cared about him enough to remember the comfort of that first strawberry.
