Bravo! I had so much fun reading this! I'm sorry to see it end. Perhaps we'll see another story along this line??? ^_^

hi there, sorry this is a little late, great chapter, not only did Estel get the twins food, but he almost has the twins, what is in their room?

Breon Briarwood · 6 March 2004 · Chapter 16: Come out, come out

WHAT?! No! Don't leave us hanging like this! More! (please?) :D

Nilmandra · 6 March 2004 · Chapter 16: Come out, come out

It was fun to catch up on this tale today! I wonder if Elrond or Glorfindel, or any of the elves who helped to build Imladris will remember this opening - they built it during the siege perhaps, and forgot about it? Nonethe less, how wonderful that Estel found it. This is a nice look at the ranger we all come to know and love - expert trackers and planner and all that. I am looking forward to seeing the twins caught. They should beware of Thranduil, I think!

Great story. I can't wait for the next chapter but don't want it to end. I love the way they are running rings round the twins.

grumpy · 29 February 2004 · Chapter 15: Cats & Dogs, Oh, My!

very good idea the dog and cat. got to love Lord Elrond, looking forward to the capture of the twins

Amlee · 26 February 2004 · Chapter 15: Cats & Dogs, Oh, My!

Ch 15 Cats & Dogs, Oh, My! Both elves were almost doubled over as they what Estel had with them. This they just had to see! The word saw or discovered should be put between the words they and what. I thought you would want to know. Can't wait to finish this story!

Breon Briarwood · 26 February 2004 · Chapter 15: Cats & Dogs, Oh, My!

*LMAO* I can't say it enough... this is too funny! Can't wait to see how they're going to separate and capture the twins.

grumpy · 24 February 2004 · Chapter 14: Inside Rivendell

So the twins think because the king of Mirkwood is older, he will be easy to capture, such foolish elves. Glad the cook is baking the tarts. looking forward to more

Breon Briarwood · 22 February 2004 · Chapter 14: Inside Rivendell

Oh, no! Don't stop there! Update quickly, please?

Breon Briarwood · 17 February 2004 · Chapter 13: The way in

Now for the real fun! I can just see them sneaking through Rivendell tagging everyone in one night or maybe tagging without letting the person know? (attach one to their back and let someone else notice?) Can't wait for more! Glad you're back and hope you're feeling better.

Theresa S. · 16 February 2004 · Chapter 13: The way in

Wow! I'm impressed! I think this is one of the most humorous stories I have read in a long time! You have a lot of talent, and I think you use it well. Can't wait until the next chapter!

Breon Briarwood · 25 January 2004 · Chapter 12: The note

You're haviing waaaaaayyy too much fun with this! Estel's taunting of his stepbrothers is both tactically and personally perfect. Let the games begin!

grumpy · 24 January 2004 · Chapter 11: Ready or not

hi there, would love to know what was on the parchment. if Estel pulls this off he should get as many blueberry tarts as he wants, and then some for the road. looking forward to more

Breon Briarwood · 24 January 2004 · Chapter 11: Ready or not

This is gonna be a doozy! Wonder what was on the parchment though?

Nilmandra · 19 January 2004 · Chapter 10: A challenge

Can mortals play? I think this should be a computer game - sneak into Imladris without being caught, a la castle wolfenstein (I just dated myself :/) I look forward to seeing what you come up with - and what Estel has found that apparently has been unknown for thousands of years! (that will make it devious, I am sure). Hang-gliding? :D

Nilmandra · 19 January 2004 · Chapter 9: Unveilings

Ha! Estel hid in plain sight! That always throws us when we seek deception :/

tmelange · 17 January 2004 · Chapter 10: A challenge

This is a great competition! I can't wait to see how it plays out. I like the fact that everyone is now in on it. Kudos. More soon, please.

Breon Briarwood · 14 January 2004 · Chapter 9: Unveilings

Rivendell's been punk'd! This is way too funny, even better than a pile of hobbits. I can't wait to see what Estel comes up with next.

Kathira · 13 January 2004 · Chapter 9: Unveilings

Another good trick! These kinds of things are hard to write, because they take more imagination than the usual sort of story, but you are doing very well. Excellent work, very well-written and clever. I just have a question/quibble on the this last one, however. Was Estel the scout who came to tell Elrond about the party with the injured man? I could believe he went back and forth, guiding the twins and Glorfindel without being recognized. But if it was, it wasn't very nice of you not to mention that he went with them! I suppose I'll have to wait with Elladan and Elrohir for the fuller explanation in the next chapter. Can't wait!
