Oh dear. I *am* Pervinca. I may have put my little brother in one of my pretty flowery dresses when I was younger. He may then have answered the door to on of Dad's army people. The consequences may have been similar.

Why thank you so much! This one has gotten the least hits of any of my stories and I figured that was because of what I did with the timeline. I am always happy when someone finds it and enjoys it in spite of Bilbo not being where he is supposed to be. I love Bilbo and can help but wish to include him in all of my fictions, even if he shouldn't be there. LOL

I liked Frodo's plight with the vest! Saradoc reminding Bilbo how he thought originally about it helped Frodo out a great deal! I laughed so hard picturing Pippin and Merry dancing together and Pippin in a red dress! Wonderful! It was such a fun story, thank you for sharing it!

So glad that you liked this one. When I first posted it, it didn't seem to be doing too well and I thought maybe putting Pippin in a dress had been a bit much, but the longer it is up here, the more it seems to be getting nice reviews. Thank you and thank you for reviewing.

Hey, two reviews from a new reader in one night! Thank you! This one was written all in one day as it just kept coming at me. I've had less reviews on it than any of my others and so I wasn't sure if people were upset about my leaving Bilbo in the Shire after he was supposed to be long gone. Thank you for reading it and for your generous review! This one is my least read story so far and since publishing it, I have thought to remove it from the site several times as it seemed to be lacking readers. I thought maybe dressing the hobbits funny had been a bad idea. Keep encouraging me and I just might do it again! LOL

Maybe I have gone too far? LOL Couldn't help myself on this one. Kinda like Deck The Halls, it started writing itself at some point. That may mean that I can lay blame on someone else if it flops!

Thank you so much for this lovely review! As you may have guessed, I am a big Hobbit fan and I love stories about them. That is how I found this site. I read a fiction on a site called "Mushrooms" and was hooked! I was afraid that having Bilbo in this one long after he is supposed to have left might keep some people from reading it. I just couldn't see it without Bilbo, though. I just love Bilbo! I'm glad that it gave you a laugh or two.
