I'm only to Chapter 5 but this is very creepy! Poor Frodo Spirit - having to watch himself and the others in the Palantir. And then being chained to the wall...eek!

Just found this and starting reading it. O_O Whoa.... what a story it is! Will Frodo's torment be over soon? Or will Gandalf be too late to save the other half of Frodo's spirit from Sauron? I am on pins and needles, literaly! Don't leave us all hangin' here, please.

wow i'm impressed and i'm so excited for the next chapter!!! Gandalf putting on the ONe Ring to save Frodo! awww~!! i hope Frodo's spirit will be saved soon! it's been quite a story :( aww poor poor Frodo.. but entertaining nonetheless (eek seems like i can take torture story quite well too hehe) Reread some parts of the story tonight but was confused earlier on why Strider had to tie Frodo's hands back in Bree.. i mean Frodo was already weak back in Bree and having convulsions and stuff due to Sauron's unceasing torture :p eek~ Write more~ i really want to see how you're planning to rescue poor Frodo's spirit~

It's not the matter of Frodo weak or not. But I think he was still determined to go with the Nazguls so Strider had to do somrthing to stop that. Thanks so much for reviewing!

and this is the most updated chapter isn't it? i think this is my favorite chapter... GANDALF COMES TO RESCUE!! at least in Rivendell... i do not know who has come in Barad-dur at the end of the chapter but i doubt that Sauron can be beaten yet... ::shudders:: please please let Frodo be rescued soon and then have a h/C <--more C story.. hehe Frodo has definitely suffered enough poor hobbit... but probably you have much more coming for poor Frodo, right? ::shudders at the thought:: (you describe torture well, don't you?) ;) eeeekkkk this was intense oh yes it was... maybe i do like torture too (but not too much ;) yes definitely update soon...i hope Gandalf can do something drastic to combat Sauron and get back Frodo's spirit... but meanwhile i think the Ring should remain with Sam... poor Sam, Merry and Pippin having to see the convulsive side of Frodo... and is Bilbo going to make appearance in Rivendell? wow. great job, Iorhael...can't wait for more ::crosses fingers for rescue soon:: hehe :P

That's the problem. I'm never good at writing a C (with capital letter :) fic but torture, maybe. Isn't that terrible? A reviewer was even getting worried about this and about me. I do HOPE that I can bring comfort for the poor abused Frodo. *sniff* Thanks for all your reviews. You're so sweet.

The last part spells hope..i like that =) :*( or i will be sobbing into pillow tonight... poor hobbit..your descriptions are so vivid that i can't read half of them :p hehe (but i do want to find out how Frodo gets his spirit back! or does he? :-0) oh yeah..no wonder this is rated R and warned of high torture and angst...haha.. eeeeek... ::reading last updated chapter now:: ::gets scared:: (even though currently spirit Frodo is left alone ...at least no more torture...) :p (as of yet..i'm scared to know what Sauron is thinking.... )

powerful last part about Frodo not wanting to be saved of the Morgul wound... jeez...no more hobbit torture though! (hopefully!) i was in tears when the Nazgul stabbed Frodo..i was like "enough torture and pain already" :*( but i guess i got myself into this, right? ;) hehe... but when Gandalf came i was so relieved... SO relieved...i liked how you included Gwaihir in this too... what a predicament Gandalf is in now though...

I have to confess that I got the idea from something I read way back when I was still in junior high school. It was in the newspaper here in Indonesia and it said that someone's soul was taken from the body to the shadow world up there in the mountain. I was suddenly reminded of that when LOTR movies came out with Sauron as the evil character and Frodo who was just very ideal to be the victim. Goodness!
