So glad to see an update. It is good that Legolas is doing better, but Thranduil's situation is sertainly worrisome. And why am I suspicious of the guard interested in Serai. Good thing she has people looking out for her. Hope you update again soon.

I am so pleased to see another chapter of this! It's quite exciting when there has been a long enough gap for the old memory to slip!

Legolas seems to be recovering well - at the moment. It would seem as if there is some good to being poisoned if it helps build up a bit of an immunity. Thranduil, on the other hand, I'm a bit worried about. He's not doing so well. Elladan, Elrohir and Elessar are wearing themselves out - but they are doing a good job of looking after each other, and Arwen is keeping an eye on all of them. I love her reproving of Elladan for living in a mess and not looking after his clothes properly! (I've a feeling the laundry and mending will be sorted out soon!)

I'm glad (I think) to hear that Serai has someone who wants to look after her - but I don't blame her for not trusting him. A healthy dose of elven inspection and supervision would be a good thing - after all, those bad guys are still out there, and might think that Serai would be an easy victim.

More updates soon?

An update!!! Good name for the chapter -- the conversations were all interesting. So glad that Legolas seems to be coming out of it. More soon, please?

Hmm. Do I need to be worried about this guard's intentions towards Serai? No doubt Elladan and Elrohir will soon see his true motives, for good or ill. Poor Serai - while she has learned to relax around elves - needs to learn that not all men are evil.

I do like your twins in this story - and your Thranduil. All three are so often badly caricatured - the twins as practical-joking idiots; Thranduil as a tyrant - though thankfully not on this site!

I hope Thranduil will soon be well. I'm still worried about him.
