An Unexpected Adventure [IN HIATUS]  by KathyG 2 Review(s)

The poor children. I'm sorry that Kaylee is blaming herself for Sador's injury, but at least they are close enough to the apothecary shop to get the aid needed.

Author Reply: And thank goodness for that! Sad to say, she IS blaming herself for Sador's injuries, but although she is indeed at fault for failing to obey her father's order to stick to the Citadel gardens and the Houses of Healing, she's not to blame for a cart driver driving too fast down a city street. Oh, dear! Poor Kaylee!

(I wonder what kind of uproar might arise when she is not where she is supposed to be... but it's a good thing Lucy was there to fetch the apothecary!)

Reading the details about the apothecary shop was fascinating.

Looking forward to reading more!

Author Reply: It sure is, isn't it?

Glad you're enjoying the story! K.G.
