| I love this first chapter and I hope that more are to follow! :) I particularly admire your portrayal of canon characters, especially Fėanįro. He's a complex one, but one of my favorites. Excellent beginning. I'm just gonna leave a quick nitpick, since my beta side is hard to silence. When you have someone speaking and their dialogue is followed by a dialogue tag, it should look like this: "I am speaking," he said. Note the comma before the quotation marksit's not a period. :) I noticed you did this multiple times in the chapter. It's minor, but it would be fantastic if you could make sure it's right and all.
