Candle of Hope  by Linda Hoyland 4 Review(s)
AvonReviewed Chapter: 1 on 2/5/2016
Nice! I like the tradition and the way you've shown it being handed down through very different circumstances. This was lovely:
The days grow dark, but the light will return. While light yet glows in the West, it will never be extinguished.

So many cultures have a celebration in winter that includes lighting candles or lights. This story touched me as, this year, I watched my grown children continue our tradition.
Thank-you.

From hope to despair to thankfulness, the tradition continues.

So sweet, Linda!

"Many bore the light before me."

Such a humble, good man. This is a beautiful series. I love reading about the past, present, and future being connected by a tradition being passed on.

Happy New Year, and thank you for another year of truly lovely stories.
