The Green Knight  by Le Rouret 3 Review(s)

See, I have not abandoned your story (only had difficulties in finding the time to read it). The identity of the Green Knight does not surprise me (the name itself bore hints enough), but his motives for entering the tournament in secrecy are indeed convincing, though they don't speak high of Elessar's people.

Elessar, on the other hand, seems to be quite a spoilsport at the moment. I fear he needs/deserves a pep talk from Bandobras. That Hobbit is a most refreshing character in that he has absolutely no qualms at adressing the lords and ladies as if they were just ordinary people.

Hmm. How on earth did he stand all that awful armor? Seems rather un-Wood-elfly, as claustrophobic as they usually are.

Hmmm, so the mystery is revealed at last. I accept Legolas' reasoning for competing in the tournament, though it still seems rather un-Elf like to carry so much armor and heavy weaponry. But the descriptions are marvelous, and the detail is fantastic. Thank you!
