Perfect fun for Halloween. I think that I read somewhere that spiderwebs used to be used as a kind of plaster so perhaps they ought to have brought Aragorn the evidence! *grin*

Author Reply: Those were fun prompts to use, and of course I had to involve hobbits. :)

Nice drabble-- loved the interaction, h/c and def the last part with Frodo falling asleep on Sam's shoulder. :)

Author Reply: Thank you. You know I'm insatiable when it comes to gentle h/c. :)

*Grins* So, Aragorn managed to make Frodo tipsy?
That was not intended, I'm sure, but it was a great distraction from the spider web and its "aftermath"!

Author Reply: I doubt Frodo will even remember the traumatic experience. He has such wonderful, comforting friends.

Ah, poor Frodo! I can imagine that in the dark a suddenly perceived spider web could serve to spook him! Am glad Aragorn is there to help, even if his pain draught does cause our favorite Ringbearer to go a bit loopy. Heh!

Author Reply: I'm insatiable when it comes to gentle comfort for loopy/tipsy/medicated hobbits. *grins*

Poor Frodo... you know the pain medicine is strong when a hobbit doesn't wake up when he smells pumpkin pie!

Author Reply: Indeed! With luck, someone will save him a piece. :)
