Always glad to prove an inspiration! That was a good deal of fun!

Nothing like a good snowball fight to make someone feel better. Best thing that can be done with snow.

Author Reply: Thank you, grumpy! Always nice to hear from a new fan. :)

It was very much a beloved home, made so by those who lived there. He was even more pleased that he had been made an honorary hobbit by those he esteemed so highly. Even though he had only arrived the night before, it was already obvious how love suffused the home like a visible light and warmed his heart as nothing since his mother’s death had. It was a soothing balm to his wounded heart that was still in pain after the deaths of his brother and father to hear and see all the love that was around.

What a beautiful description of Bag End. I hope we can all make our homes as welcoming and loving. This is a fun and delightful chapter, Antane. A perfect symmetry to read it on the first day of summer!

Author Reply: Thank you, my dear! I think Faramir is going to benefit almost as much from this visit as Frodo will. Glad you enjoyed!
