It is a valid question he asks, and he will know the answer soon enough, of course.

Author Reply: Yes, though some people do not believe that those in power have the right to ask such questions. Always a thought I found odd. Thanks for reviewing.

Although he will be the most "powerful man in arda", he is also humble, so unsure. That's why (your) Aragorn is so likeable.

"You know I would do anything for her, and I have. It is her that I desire; the power came with it. " Although this is piece is not a romance by any means, this sentence makes it kind of.... romantic.

I really enjoyed this.

Author Reply: Well, thank you! While I am sure that Aragorn had a good amount of confidence, and maybe a touch of arrogance, I cannot imagine him without his humility as well.

I certainly cannot claim to be a romantic writer, but I am glad that you liked that line. Arwen really did seem the only reason Aragorn went for the throne at times.

Thanks for the review!

Excellent story. I am especially fond of stories showing events just after the war and early in Aragorn's reign. There had to have been so much going on both good and bad.

Thanks

Author Reply: I personally love stories in the early years of Aragorn's reign, myself. It must have been a difficult time for those high up in Gondor, though, handling all the post-war issues. Thanks for the review.
