Tales of Life  by Aelaer 5 Review(s)

Gotta love a good cave-in story. And with my two favorite characters, no less! They seem to be in a tough spot, but not without their sense of humor, at least. I can empathize that they are not looking forward to the ribbing that will be coming their way when they're rescued.

BTW If I've had any part in inspiring you to write about Halbarad, I'm thankful. It's even more fun reading about him than writing about him.

Author Reply: Cave-ins are one of my favorites; always so reliable to collapse down on unsuspecting characters. Oh, and neither of them will live it down for quite a while *g*

Oh, your Halbarad is one of my biggest Halbarad-inspirations. I am glad you liked reading about him :)

Aragorn and Halbarad would manage to find a bunch of rocks willing to fall down on them the moment they pass by.

Author Reply: Those rocks, always very handy and reliable. Can't do without them.

Poor Aragorn. That story will no doubt come back to haunt him in the years to come. Just like Maendir's self-wounding legend. Good for a bit of cousinly bonding, though!

Author Reply: *grins evilly* But that is the fun part, is it not? Haunting, embarassing stories of the past... much fun all around. Thanks for the review :)

How can I complain when I've followed the same route? No, they're not going to live this down soon.

Author Reply: *g* It's a fun route, to be sure. BTW, thank you very much for sticking around and reviewing pretty much every chapter. I really appreciate it.
