Web of Treason  by Linda Hoyland 2 Review(s)

Tired, bored and hungry. Typical child. She hasn't quite said, 'Are we nearly there yet?' but she's come close!

And of course Faramir's worked out a cover story, Aragorn. What do you expect him to say? 'I'm just rescuing the king from a group of torturing traitors'?

And what a cliffhanger!

Oh my, what a cliffie at the end! I hope the guys make it to the farm where the ladies and babies are hiding out, because they both seem to be at the end of their ropes. Let's hope their disguise is good enough to get past the Lord of Lossarnach. Elbeth was good in this chapter, I know I would never have been able to control a big horse like Zachus at such a young age. She did complain a bit, but to my mind far less than the average child would when faced with such a journey.
