Paradox of the Fourth Age  by Alassante 4 Review(s)

Love the begining and the blossoming of Laureanna and Elrohir's romance, and them on the beach. If Glorfindel ever finds out Elrohir is correct when he says he will break ever bone in his body....nice...

Poor Laureanna being drugged by Elrohir, when she wakes up he's going to hear it from her.

It seems Elrohir is falling for her, but dosen't know what to do...

Can't wait to hear more...

Author Reply: I'm sorry - I'm horribly behind on replying to reviews! I'm glad you are enjoying the story thus far. I'm really enjoying writing it. Elrohir and Laureanna have taken over the writing a few times lol Especially him! =)

Yes drugging her was not his only option but he's a control freak that way. hehe

Oh dear - Elrohir, I don't think that was a good idea! Drugging her for her own good? She won't be pleased when she wakes up!

I like the rapidly developing relationship between them, but Elrohir must have an amazing amount of self-control to resist Laurëanna like that ;)

Author Reply: She might let the drugging slide for awhile but she has not forgotten it -trust me! Elves have long memories.

Now, that was a shock and a half to realize he'd drugged her--but an understandable precaution, I think. But she's very intent on making certain that he desires her as much as she desires him. Good!

Now--as to the meaning of that dream?

Author Reply: lol Yeah I figured no one would expect the twins to slip her a mickey but they've seen how well it goes when she is told to stay behind.

Her dreams are sometimes warnings of the future and others just flat out nightmares. The problem is she has to determine which ones to act on.

Author Reply: Oh and as to the meaning of this dream, he was telling her that as long as a good leader survives, he can rebuild. Eärendil survived Gondolin. Elendil survived the sinking of Numenor. So if Aragorn survives, he can rebuild.

How happy I was to see this update this morning when I woke up! I have been following this story for ages it seems and I just love it! I do feel sorry for Elrohir when she wakes up, I don't think I would want to be in his shoes. LOL and her dream with her father was freaky I would say more but I have an irritable child here demanding his breakfast so until next time. Hugs Deb

Author Reply: I'm glad you love it =0) I was hoping the dream would be chilling.
