At the End of His Rope  by Lindelea 3 Review(s)

Getting past people's expectations to actual progress means seeing the person where he or she is and where progress is possible, then going for it--or such has been my experience.

Good, realistic look at how we limit ourselves and each other all too often.

I do like Regie in your tales. He has a great dela of common sense and he knows Pippin so very well.

And good for Reginard!! He's such a good solid friend, and a more than capable Steward--but he *really* does not want to be Thain. Love to see him compare notes with the *other* Faramir. I wonder is a Thain harder to handle than a King?

Author Reply: Ooo, Regi comparing notes with the *other* Faramir, that has real potential! Wonder why I never thought of it?
