With Hope  by AfterEver 1 Review(s)
daw the minstrelReviewed Chapter: Prologue on 6/5/2004
I was really caught up in this dream. It was just a fascinating read. Gilraen is in such a sad and difficult position. It's really better for Aragorn to forget who he is for a while, and maybe that will even ease what sorrow he feels. But she can't forget, nor does she really want to. The identification of Arathorn and Elrond was beautifully done. I also liked Estel's demands that she watch him. There were times when my son was little that I thought he was going to narrate his life to me: Look, mommy. I'm climbing on the chair. I'm coloring. Look at me, mommy!

Author Reply: Daw! Welcome back to my world. :-) Thanks as always for your feedback. Seems like this story is starting off on the right foot -- I'm glad!
