| Once again you have reduced me to tears. You outline nicely the 'facts' as we knew them, but also you incorporate from Tolkien's letters what Tolkien knew Frodo's intent to be. He would have cast himself into the fire, I think, even though he claimed the Ring - rather than allow Sauron to take it from him. Nicely done - very well thought out. Aragorn is just fantastic - so Kingly. I cannot wait to see what you do with the punishment portion of the trial. | |
