I wrote "Flowers in His Hair" as a response to a challenge on the Mellon Chronicles list. The challenge requested a 300 to 400 word story told only through dialogue. In addition, the challenge specified that the conversationalists could not be identified by name or by any common nickname. If you guessed that the speakers were Legolas, Aragorn, and Thranduil, then congratulations! You guessed correctly!
